About Efe

I work at the intersection of finance, markets and economics across research, education and practice.

My writing is shaped by the same discipline I bring to professional work: start with evidence, make the assumptions visible and keep conviction separate from certainty.

Curiosity is not confined to markets.

I co-captained the Boğaziçi Cycling Team and volunteered with the university’s dog shelter. Away from work, I make time for cycling, motorcycling, nature, travel and D&D.
